The default CAS background is… let’s be honest, not cute. This mod replaces the dull blue-green gradient with gorgeous aesthetic backgrounds that make your Sims shine.
I love the pink-peach background, but there are tons of color options so you can match your game’s aesthetic. These backgrounds are especially helpful if you:

4. University Costs More by Zero’s Sims 4 Mods
The Sims team set absurdly low fees for the Sims Discover University courses. You will understand how shocking that was if, like me, you are currently repaying actual student loans. A few hundred dollars every class, that is! Please pardon me. A few hundred per credit hour, perhaps, but probably more!
The university’s pricing is now much more reasonable thanks to this modification, which may make repaying those debts difficult. You know, our sims ought to have some difficulties.

This made for some incredibly entertaining and haphazard gameplay. And what makes the Sims game so amazing is its randomness. The Sims 4’s take on desires and anxieties was called Whims.
Regretfully, the Sims team has essentially given up on improving the Whim mechanism. I think it is really strange to have neglected a crucial component of your original game, but fortunately, a fantastic modder has found a solution!
For both the basic game and all packs—including the ones that never received any whims—the whim revamp hack adds a ton of new whims. It enhances your game in such a smooth way. I am not even sure which whims are from EA and which are from this mod at this point.
